국내외에 계신 외국인 독자분들과 영어성경으로 말씀을 묵상하고 싶은 분들을 위해 《큐티인》 영문판이 종이책과 eBook으로 발간되었습니다. 《QTin》은 성경을 구속사적으로 읽기 원하고, 성경적 가치관으로 변화되기 원하는 청장년층을 대상으로 하는 월간 말씀묵상지입니다.
《큐티인》 한글판은 2012년 창간된 후로 지난 10년간 수많은 영혼을 구원으로 이끌고, 깨어진 가정을 중수하며, 교회를 부흥시킨 말씀묵상지입니다. 성경의 원리를 삶의 전반에 적용시켜 복음 안에서 경건한 성도의 삶을 추구할 수 있도록 구속사적인 ‘본문해설’을 제공하고, 그날의 큐티 본문에 근거한 평신도들의 진솔한 묵상과 회개와 적용이 담긴 ‘간증’이 매일 수록되어 있습니다. 보다 깊이 있는 공동체 큐티나눔을 위한 ‘소그룹 큐티 나눔’(Group QT Sharing)을 통해 청 또한 장년층의 영적 성장을 돕습니다.
큐티엠(큐티선교회, Quiet Time Movement)에서는 장년에서부터 청소년, 어린이, 영유아에 이르기까지 모든 세대가 한 말씀으로 날마다 묵상하는 것을 돕고자 2013년에는 《청소년 큐티인》을, 2014년에는 초등학생을 위한 《어린이 큐티인》을 차례로 창간한 바 있으며, 여기에도 청소년과 어린이 필자들의 생생한 묵상간증이 실려 있습니다. 그리고 2016년 1월에는 미취학 아동을 위한 《새싹 큐티인》을 창간하여 전 세대가 같은 말씀으로 묵상하도록 돕고 있습니다.
더불어 영어권에 있는 해외 독자들의 수요가 점점 늘어남에 따라 2019년 9월에는 영문판 《QTin》이 eBook으로 창간되었고, 2020년 1월부터는 종이책으로도 발간되고 있습니다. 《QTin》은 국내외 독자들에게 구속사적인 말씀묵상 운동을 전하고자 40여 명의 필진과 편집부가 섬기고 있습니다. 《QTin》을 통해 한국뿐만 아니라 해외에서도 성도가 살아나고, 가정이 회복되며, 교회가 새롭게 되는 열매가 맺히기를 기대합니다.
《QTin》 English edition has been published in the form of a paper book and an eBook for those who live in the country and abroad, who wish to meditate on Scripture. 《QTin》 is a monthly devotional press release for adults who wish to read the Bible with a perspective of redemptive history, and to change their perspectives into spiritual ones.
《QTin》, issued by QTM (Quiet Time Movement) in 2012, was first a devotional book with a scriptural interpretation based on redemptive history and the personal testimonies of about sixty laypersons of the church. While monthly publishing with those testimonies and stories for Wooridle Church members, from January 2018, 《QTin》 4-piece series has been on sale at the public bookstores nationwide due to the increase in subscribers outside the church and even in Korea.
To help all generations to meditate on the Word of God every day, QTM has published 《QTin Teens》 (Korean) in 2013, 《QTin Kids》 (Korean) in 2014, and 《QTin Sprouts》 (Korean) in 2016 with the vivid testimonies from the readers, both kids and parents.
Moreover, the increasing number of readers and subscribers from outside Korea, mainly from the English-speaking world, the English 《QTin》 has been published in the form of an eBook since September 2019, and started as a paper book in January 2020. QTM is devoted to spreading the QT movement to guide a soul to Jesus Christ, restore many broken families, and revive the church.

“취준생이던 저는 열심히 일하려고 업무 강도가 높은 무역 상사에 입사했습니다. 그러나 상사맨으로서 영업력이 부족하고 내향적이던 저는 야근과 회식 참석으로 신뢰를 얻으려 애썼죠. 하지만 갈수록 힘들고 주일설교를 들을 때마다 마음에 찔렸습니다. 그러다 저는 회사에 금주를 선언하고 동료들에게 무시당했어요. 그 속에서 하나님께 간구하니 하나님은 자신의 모든 충만하신 것으로 저를 충만하게 하시어 말씀을 깨닫게 하셨어요(엡 3:19). 그러자 몇 달 뒤 회사와 거래처에서 술 안 마시는 직원으로 인정받고, 신규 품목 개발에도 성공하여 대접을 받았죠. 그러나 리더가 되면서 팀을 책임져야 한다는 압박감과 이뤄온 것들이 무너지진 않을까 하는 두려움에 눌렸습니다. 그리고 영업을 핑계로 다시 술을 마셨어요. 주님 앞에 다시 회개하오니 성령으로 제 속사람이 강건해지기를 원합니다(엡 3:16).” (김광진)

While preparing for employment, I really wanted to work hard. So I joined a trading company famous for its high work intensity. The life of a trading company employee was much harder than expected. As this lifestyle continued, my body became exhausted, and I felt convicted every time I heard Sunday sermons. One day, while being criticized by my wife, I angrily declared abstinence from alcohol to my company. However, I asked them to trust me as I would attend all drinking gatherings and liven up the atmosphere. My colleagues ignored me, and in fear, I desperately clung to the Lord. Then God filled me with all his fullness, and the word was deeply understood in my heart (Ephesians 3:19). A few months later, something amazing happened. People at the company and business partners began to recognize me as an employee who doesn’t drink. However, as time passed and my position changed and I became a team leader, I forgot God’s grace. I was overwhelmed by the pressure of being responsible for the entire team and the fear that what I had built up in the company could collapse if I made mistakes. Eventually, I drank again, using business as an excuse, putting the word aside. I confess and repent before the Lord again today, and I want my inner being to be strengthened only through the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 3:16).

“당대 신앙인인 저희 부부는 교회 공동체에 속해 나름 신앙생활을 잘하고 있다고 생각했습니다. 그러던 어느 날, 남편의 업무용 태블릿 PC에 메시지 알림이 계속 떴습니다. 저는 무심코 메시지를 확인했는데, “오빠”로 시작하는 사적 골프 약속에 관한 내용이었습니다. 그날은 당혹스러워도 성품으로 참고 넘겼는데, 그다음 날에도 같은 메시지가 왔습니다. 그러자 화가 난 저는 남편에게 “더 이상 소망이 없고 부부 사이에 신뢰가 깨졌으니 이혼하자!”며 온갖 험한 말을 쏟아냈습니다. 그런 제 모습에 이혼 위기를 느낀 남편은 교회 소그룹 리더에게 도움을 청했습니다. 그리고 리더에게 “아내뿐만 아니라 소그룹 지체 모두를 속인 것이니 핸드폰에 위치 추적 앱을 설치하세요”라는 권면을 받았습니다. 이에 남편은 순종했고, 두 번이나 태블릿 PC에 뜬 메시지를 통해 자기 죄가 드러난 것은 하나님이 하신 일이라고 고백했습니다. 남편의 회개로 저는 가정을 깨려고 한 것이 성령을 근심하게 한 행동인 것을 깨닫게 되었습니다(엡 4:30). 또한 하나님이 그리스도 안에서 저희를 용서하심과 같이 저도 남편을 불쌍히 여기며 용서해야 하는데 그러지 못한 것을 회개했습니다(32절). 사람은 믿음의 대상이 아니라 사랑의 대상임을 다시 한번 깨닫게 해주신 하나님께 감사드립니다.” (배은주)

“My husband and I, both lifelong believers, thought we were living good faith lives as part of the church community. Then one day, message notifications kept appearing on my husband’s work tablet PC. I casually checked the messages and found content about private golf appointments starting with “Oppa.” That day, even though I was confused, I endured it with patience, but the same message came the next day. Then, angered, I poured out all kinds of harsh words to my husband, saying “There’s no more hope and trust between us as a couple is broken, so let’s divorce!” My husband, feeling the crisis of divorce from my behavior, asked the church small group leader for help. The leader advised him, “Since you deceived not only your wife but all the small group members, please install a location tracking app on your phone.” My husband obeyed accordingly and confessed that God revealed his sin twice through the messages that appeared on the tablet PC. Through my husband’s repentance, I realized that trying to break up the family was an action that grieved the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 4:30). I also repented for not being compassionate and forgiving toward my husband as God forgave us in Christ (v. 32). I thank God for helping me realize once again that people are not objects of faith but objects of love.“ (Eunju Bae)
